What to Submit

  • Official appointment or re-appointment letter
  • Full name & staff ID
  • Role title & effective date
  • Department, faculty, or unit

  • Your appointment has not been formally communicated
  • There has been a recent leadership change
  • The role is newly created or restructured
  • Your profile details need updating
