The Vice-Chancellor, is the academic and administrative head and chief disciplinary officer of the university. S/he is responsible to the University Council for maintaining and promoting the good order and efficiency of the university.The current VC is Professor (Mrs.) Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang.
